Personal Trainer Aaron is passionate about developing a positive team culture with a wide variety of team building activities. He is creative in his planning; our team was challenged physically and mentally. It was one of their most memorable activities of our season. We are excited to paddle board, compete, and do some TRX training again next year!

 

Aaron's workouts are always unique. I love getting the opportunity to try new exercises and challenges each time I train. He designs workouts that force the client to think and be engaged throughout the workout. This makes each session fun and competitive. I always have a sense of accomplishment after each session. It feels great to tackle a new challenge/exercise and improve upon that challenge as the session progresses.

 

I highly recommend Aaron to lead your team or to lead personal training sessions. I have been around strength coaches for 14 seasons as a volleyball coach and I am confident in his knowledge, organization, and passion to make a huge difference in your team culture.

Before I met Aaron my exercise program left a lot to be desired. I had a physical assessment that confirmed my physical condition was OK but had room for improvement.  I met Aaron and explained that I was looking to improve my strength and flexibility, hoping this would improve my golf game.  Aaron developed an ever-varying workout program that made it impossible to get bored.  Each session had a new challenge and Aaron knew how to motivate me, that is he stated what he thought I could do and then offered positive feedback.  There where times when I didn't meet the challenge but also resulted in positive encouragement and the statement that I would meet it next time.  I now exercise on a regular basis and actually miss it when life keeps me from it.  Thanks to Aaron, I took two strokes of my golf score and am hitting the ball better than I ever have.

As a personal trainer I enjoyed, that's right enjoyed Aaron’s brutal, nontraditional workouts.  He always had a plan to include most muscle groups and cardio, oh my the cardio.  If you are thinking about a personal trainer, Aaron would be an awesome choice.  I got exactly what I was looking for, you wouldn't have to start with brutal, I think he has other levels too.
