6:00 pm TRX Challenge - Full body TRX workout designed to enhance muscle strength, core stabilization, and right side vs. left side balance. Concludes with a fun, team challenge.
7:00 pm TRX Pounds + Inches - Medium intensity intervals using TRX suspension trainers and other URoom equipment. Open to beginners and those starting a regular fitness routine.
5:30 pm TRX CORE - All strength radiates out from the core. Use TRX products + Pilates exercises to balance, chisel and ad stability to those important muscles protecting the spine.
6:30 pm TRX Premium FIT - Offseason beach + sports conditioning with high-intensity work. The focus is on muscular endurance, cardio capacity + improving lean weight vs. fat weight.
5:30 pm TRX Cardio Drive - Full body workout alternating 3 mins of TRX training and 3 mins of cardio vascular exercise for the full hour - with the occasional group challenge
7:00 am TRX Weekend Toning - Sleep In or Set The Saturday Tone? Thoroughly learn 12 - 15 TRX exercises, then burn through them, 60-seconds each, as a giant circuit finale.
8:00 am Saturday SURGE - Fast paced atmosphere using Intervals, TRX + other Upper Room equipment with a finishing challenge to promote healthy weekend thinking + eating.
5:30 pm Leaps & Bounds - Specifically working on the mechanics + development of jumping. We’ll create more flexibility, movement speed, balance and record progress, while progressing ground contacts each week. The class runs June only - $50.00 to hop on board.
